M+S mark – is it always refer to winter tyres? ● Hints from Oponeo™

Efficient braking always is the best benchmark for tyres quality. M+S mark is only a manufacturer’s declaration stating that all materials used for producing a tire are designed to provide slightly better slush and snow performance than basic tyre. That’s why we should keep in mind that M+S mark not always refers to dedicated winter tyres. Such mark can be found on all winter tyres, however not each one with M+S mark provides winter performance.
